Ordering

To place an order simply email us the list of items you are interested in along with your full mailing address at flitelab@schoonersolutions.com

We will reply confirming your order and stock and provide a detailed invoice with the final cost that includes shipping and taxes.

Please note that we primarily sell within Canada.  If you are from another region you may want to contact the individual manufacturers directly for the nearest re-seller for your area.  We can however make arrangement's for international sales on a case by case basis.

Payment

flitelab.com accepts PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. If you do not have a PayPal account or choose not to, you can still pay via Credit Card through the PayPal system, it would prompt you as you are redirected to the PayPal site.  Other payment arrangements may be made on a case by case basis, contact us to discuss payment options.

Per PayPal Policy, all refunds must be processed within 60 days of the initial transaction. We cannot refund any PayPal transaction after that time.

All orders must be paid in full before they are shipped.  flitelab.com does not provide credit based purchases at this time.

All prices shown on this website are in Canadian Dollars. All orders in will be charged GST/HST.

Shipping

All shipping is provided via Canada Post using the following method:

  • Xpresspost™ shipping service is a fast and affordable way to get your goods where they need to go. Choose Xpresspost service andautomatically get these features:

      • Regional – next day and 2 days
      • National – 2 days
    • Delivery confirmation and the ability to track your items online from start to finish.
    • Coverage up to $100 for loss or damage.

*Delivery standards are within business days for items sent between most major urban centres and are dependent upon origin and destination. All Canada Post services (including without limitation, delivery guarantees) are subject to terms and conditions.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders received by 5:00PM Atlantic Time are typically shipped the nextday. Order submitted after that time may require two days for processing.  Every effort is made to ship out your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Damage

If a package has been damaged in shipping and it is apparent when the package arrives at your door, refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted a package, and discover that it has been damaged, contact us immediately.

Lost Shipments

Please contact us if you believe a package has been lost in shipment.

Returns

If you receive a product which you have ordered and it is not what you had expected, you may return the product within 30 days from date of invoice for a refund on the price of the product or credit to an alternate purchase.  This excludes any special order items.

Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage to products and their boxes and/or packages. 

Do not, under any circumstances, return an item, for any reason, without getting prior authorization from flitelab.com. Shipping charges will not be refunded; the customer is responsible for insured shipping back to flitelab.com.

Defective Items

If you receive a product and find that it is defective out of the package, you may obtain return authorization from flitelab.com and return it within 30 days for repair or replacement. You will be responsible for getting the defective product to us, however, we will pay the cost of getting a replacement to you.  Once the item has been used, you must refer to the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer is responsible for all manufacturing defects and liabilities.

Missing Items

Should you receive an item that is missing a part, please contact us. We will ensure that you are sent the part from our stock as appropriate. In accordance with a manufacturer’s request, we may direct the information or your call directly to the manufacturer.

flitelab.com accepts no responsibility for injury and/or crash damage or loss of aircraft, accessories, and parts that occurs during the use of any radio-controlled vehicle. The user must determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith.

flitelab.com maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors in its website or associated communications. All prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
